Who We Are
We're more than just a website. Baub88 was built with Bangladeshi players in mind — in their language, with their payment methods, and around the games they love. On this page, learn about our story, how we operate, and what we stand for.
Our Mission
"At the heart of every decision we make is the player experience — the security of their funds, the quality of the games, and the speed of our service."
What Sets Us Apart
We didn't just grow our game library — we took the time to understand what players in Bangladesh actually want, and built each category around those needs.
Baub88's interface, customer service, and promotional notifications are all in Bengali. Bangladeshi players can handle everything in their own language — no need to struggle with English.
BKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services — are all directly supported. Deposits are nearly instant, and withdrawals are processed in an average of 5 minutes.
SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular third-party security audits — keeping your account and transactions safe is our top priority at Baub88.
800+ games from 30+ international providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Slots, Live Casino, cricket betting, and e-sports — all in one place.
Even at 2 in the morning, just send us a message in Bengali on live chat. You'll get a response in an average of 2 minutes. Our support team is trained and fully equipped to resolve issues — not just acknowledge them.
Baub88 offers self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods. We believe healthy entertainment is the foundation of sustainable gaming — and we take an active stand against addiction.
Our Journey
Baub88 started with a simple but important question — why can't people in Bangladesh get Bengali-language service on international gaming platforms? Why should they have to deal with the hassle of foreign payment methods?
That question is exactly what led to the creation of Baub88. A small team with a deep understanding of both Bangladesh's gaming market and its technology landscape came together to build this platform.
More than three years on, with over 500,000 members and a 94% satisfaction rate, Baub88 stands as one of the most recognized online gaming platforms in Bangladesh.
Our Values
These core values drive every decision Baub88 makes.
Bonus terms, payment rules, game RTP — all information is displayed openly. Hidden conditions go against everything we stand for.
Every winning payment is honored exactly as promised. In three years, there has not been a single verified complaint of a legitimate payment being withheld.
Every feature update is driven by player feedback. We believe the platform truly belongs to its players.
We do more than entertain — we provide tools to ensure responsible gaming. Registration is strictly restricted to users aged 18 and above, and this rule is rigorously enforced.
The online gaming market in Bangladesh is growing fast. But most international platforms weren't built with Bangladeshi players in mind. English interfaces, foreign card payments, and English-only support make online gaming feel out of reach for many. Baub88 set out to tackle this problem head-on.
Our entire platform is in Bengali. From login to withdrawal, every step comes with Bengali instructions. Game rules are explained in Bengali. Customer service is available in Bengali. This simplicity may seem like a small thing, but in practice it makes a real difference for both new and experienced players.
Baub88's game collection has been curated with Bangladeshi tastes and preferences in mind. The slots lineup features globally popular titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, alongside casual favorites like fishing games and crash games that have proven especially popular with players in Bangladesh. The Live Casino section offers Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Roulette — the three most-played table games in Bangladesh.
Cricket betting is our most popular category — no surprise there, since cricket is at the heart of Bangladesh. BPL, Bangladesh international matches, IPL — Baub88 offers the widest range of markets across all these tournaments. In live betting, odds update every 30 seconds, so as the match unfolds, so do the opportunities.
Our payment system is something we're genuinely proud of. Many platforms claim to offer fast withdrawals, but in reality players end up waiting hours. At Baub88, money reaches bKash or Nagad in an average of 5 minutes — something our players mention time and again in their reviews. We believe that getting your winnings in hand is a basic right, and it shouldn't come with unnecessary complications.
We never compromise on security. Every member's account is protected with SSL encryption. Enabling two-factor authentication ensures that no one else can log into your account. The KYC verification process takes a little time, but it guarantees that no unauthorized withdrawals can be made from your account.
Our VIP program has five tiers — from Bronze to Diamond. New members automatically start at the Bronze tier from the moment they join, with no separate application required. Every bet earns points, and your tier is determined by your total monthly wagering amount. Players who reach the Diamond tier receive a guaranteed weekly bonus of ৳5,000, 20% cashback, and a dedicated personal VIP host.
We understand that online gaming isn't just entertainment — it comes with a responsibility. Baub88 offers self-exclusion and deposit limit features to help players stay within their own boundaries. We believe sustainable gaming is only possible when players are aware of their limits and the platform actively supports that awareness.
